Lazzero Tecnologie (LT) specializes in the design and manufacture of automatic and semi-automatic machines, equipment and components for industrial Leak-testing with tracing gases, based on mass spectrometric systems.

The services include maintenance and repairing of machines, equipment, and industrial vacuum components. Constantly aligned with the new technologies, LT offers remote service based on augmented reality to provide effectiveness in troubleshooting and assistance to the customer’s engineers.

The internal Metrological Laboratory manufactures reference leaks and provides a calibration service. Thanks to the high specialization and instrument availability, it performs leak-tests on customer’s demand for samples, prototypes or pre-productions.

LT's solutions ensure superior sensitivity standards, high test speed, automation, objectivity, reproducibility and traceability of the results, in full safety conditions.

The competence of LT’s technicians provides extensive and complete support to assist OEMs ensuring safe tests for environmentally friendly products.

To complete the range of products and to grant effectiveness to its customers, LT offers training activities for engineers, quality or production managers, maintenance and operative staff with theoretical and practical courses on vacuum technology, leak-testing, dehydration, low pressure degassing, microflows calibration, and can support for NDT personnel certification.

LT mainly operates in the aerospace, automotive and smart manufacturing fields.
