S.L. Brandizzo is an Italian Bending Tubes Company specialized in the automotive pipe industry. Alongside, the company offers precision mechanical services and it operates within a single 2000 square meter facility, where raw materials undergo various transformations, including:
- Laser cutting and sheet molding
- Tube bending using numerical control machines with advanced technology, ranging from Ø4 to Ø80 [mm]
- Endforming with integrated hydroforming process since 2014
- Welding processes including spot welding, MIG, and TIG for various components such as pins, brackets, connectors, flanges, and fittings
- Brazing processes, both manual and continuous, for various components including pins, brackets, connectors, flanges, fittings, and double/triple tubes for multiple fluid passages
- Robot welding
- CNC turning and milling machines of 2, 3, and 5-axis, all incorporating the latest Industry 4.0 technology
- Manufacturing of brackets, connectors, flanges, and fittings with 3-4 ways
- Manufacture of pipe-bending tools, including the design of multistack and multiradius tools with straight or counterbent clamping, catering to a wide range of end forming operations.
Additionally, within the same facility, the company handles tool design and development, co-design projects for automotive applications, and fluid circuit design for various vehicles and applications. Equipped with CAD/CAM design systems like Solidworks, the company has the capability to address diverse customer requirements with efficiency.
