Activity description
Established in 1967, GAI GIACOMO S.r.l. has gained a considerable experience in manufacturing turned metal parts from Ø 3mm to Ø 65mm. Thanks to CNC and multispindle machine departments they are able to produce complex parts in lots of 200 until to 1.000.000 pcs.
All machines are equipped with motorized tools to execute milling, drilling and back face operations. GAI GIACOMO S.r.l. also dispose of a department for supplementary or finishing operations (such as threading, tapping, surface grinding and drilling) to perform small size assemblies and operations which are not feasible directly on the machine. They are able to execute both lots of hundreds of thousands of parts and lots of few tens of parts and to manufacture different materials. They co-operate with skilled suppliers, who can perform any kind of heat and galvanic treatment, mechanical machining, such as internal and surface grinding, broaching, gear cutting, blanking, welding, etc..
They serve many industrial sectors like automotive, pneumatic, fluid control, medical, hydraulic with an export rate of 30% of total production, and they have the following CERTIFICATIONS: IATF 16949; ISO9001; ISO 14001; ISO 45001
